About

Enrique Pravia-Sarabia

Physicist. Postdoctoral researcher in the Regional Atmospheric Modelling Group, Department of Physics, Universidad de Murcia.

His doctorate in atmospheric physics studied how the smallest particles in Mediterranean storms, some of which organize into tropical-like cyclones, change the organization of the whole. He then worked inside a technology company and a professional-services firm, leading data architecture and cross-functional projects, and met the same problem from the other side: why some parts of an organization come to matter and others never do.

Palmsight is the attempt to give that problem a theory. Its first statement is the paper The Organizational Regime.
